What is your geographic coverage?
We serve clients internationally as well as nationally. Our delivery model combines on‑site teams for critical phases (migration, training) and remote support capabilities to ensure rapid response across all time zones.
Does CAS only work with financial institutions that use your own software, or do you also support third‑party systems?
We primarily focus on our own integrated suite, but our Managed Services and BPM offerings can absolutely support third‑party systems. For example, we provide Finacle L2 Support (as mentioned in your product list) and can manage operations around existing core banking systems. That said, most clients eventually migrate to our One Solution to eliminate integration pain points.
